Deniz Uğur has started his PhD project on the investigation of the effect of protein interactions with nanoparticles designed to deliver cells for therapeutic applications. He is an international student and his PhD is funded by the
Nanofar Erasmus Mundus Joint Doctorate in nanomedicine and pharmaceutical innovation. Deniz is jointly supervised by Mischa Zelzer at the University of Nottingham and Frank Boury and Claudia Montero-Menei at the
University of Angers in France. He begun his studies in Angers and will later join the group in Nottingham.
